All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within policy, or to honor your appointment, you may be charged 25% of the service price. There will be no make-up appointments or re-scheduling on no shows and miss appointments. Le Salon East has the right to refuse or reschedule a service booked when the client is late on a scheduled appointment

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

In order for us to consider a cancellation official, you must cancel your booking online or either by calling the salon help desk at (212)888.2828. If you're unable to keep your reservation and you fail to provide us with notice of cancellation, Le Salon East will mark your appointment as No-show, and the service provider may charge you 25% of the service according to their cancellation policy. Also, your account may be terminated if you fail to honor appointments an excessive number of times. If you believe you have been marked as a no-show in error, you will have 48 hours to contest the claim

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Le Salon East accepts Amex, Master card, Visa, Discover and cash payments. Please, no personal checks.

ONLINE BOOKING

For bookings online, please note to bring a valid ID or bring the credit used when you booked your appointment. Le Salon East has the right to refuse a client if the client cannot provide a valid ID or verify the proof of purchase

All service pricing are subject to change in accordance to hair length, texture, and stylist.

STYLIST REQUESTS

With regards to our stylists being requested at Le Salon East, we will do our up-most best to accommodate all requests. However, we apologize if we are unable to meet your request. For discounted client requests, we will accommodate your request as best we can

CHILDREN

For the safety and comfort of all clients, we perform hair services on clients 13 and older. Any children in the salon under the age of 13 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day. We may ask for proper identification for non-adult customers. Please have a valid id ready upon showing up to your appointment

SERVICE REDO POLICY

Every effort is made to ensure your happiness with all services performed. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, we request that you let the Salon Management know within 10 days of the original service. Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, package series, daily deals offer or retail products. All sales are final. All corrections are handled by Le Salon East Inc and affiliated salons, and subject to approval by management. If corrections are requested later than 10 days from the original services, additional payment may be required

SHIPPING& HANDLING

On occasion Le Salon East offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to Le Salon East, we ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-8 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
